In this role, you will build and use a variety of technologies and cutting-
edge tools to deliver highly performant and ultra-scalable solutions to our
massive user base and have a direct impact on our product and our business.

As part of your roll, you'll:
* Solve diverse and complex problems of scale, performance, and availability
* Take part in all development aspects, from design to production
* Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of product functionality
* Learn new technologies to accommodate development requirements
Our ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years of backend development experience
* At least 3 years of experience working with Node.js
* Experience with large scale production environments and microservices architecture
* At least 2 years of experience working with Cloud infrastructure (AWSGCP), Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD tools
* Production experience with both relational and NoSQL databases at scale
* A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
* Experience developing with the LAMP stack and/or in the WordPress ecosystem – an advantage
* Experience working with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana – an advantage
* Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP protocol, FW management – Strong advantage
