LivePerson is looking for a BI Manager for its Consumer Business R&D Group
(B2C).
The Consumer group develops and manages our Online Experts advice platform of
over 100,000 experts in hundreds of categories and millions of clients that
get live advice.

In This Role You Will
* Lead a team of BI developers and E2E responsibility of all BI activities within the organization.
* You will work closely with our Analysts. Product team, Marketing, Operations, and R&D, be the focal point for solving BI needs and build our BI strategy to support our business growth and scale goals.
* Own our data domain/pipelines, optimize it and create new ones to support the business requirements
* You will be responsible for building and implementing best practice approaches and tools to meet the company’s day to day business requirements and scale goals, including design/create models and dashboards with BI analytical tools.
* You will be responsible for translate business requirements to technical specifications and BI solutions
* Optimize workloads to reduce costs and improve performance.
Your Qualifications Are
* BSc in Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems
* 5+ years of experience with large DWH systems and BI solutions
* 2+ years of experience as BI TL
* Strong knowledge in Python and SQL/Oracle
* Experienced and responsibility for large BI environment, writing ETL Processes, tools and data modeling
* Experience in designing & developing OLAP/Tabular models
* Experience with BI front-end tool like Tableau (or Power BI/ClickView/MicroStrategy/Looker)
* Experience working with a lot of interfaces, prioritize tasks, build work plans and deliver high-quality products on time
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with 24/7 production systems and real-time analytics – Advantage
* Experience with Cognos (“Report Studio”) – Advantage
* Experience with Big Data solutions and real-time data management – Advantage
