Description
Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal development & support teams
Assume deliverability of agreed upon solutions for customer integration & escalation to management if need
- Identify and communicate customer pain points to the DevOps team
- Business/Technical values and goals oriented
- Cloud and datacenter/hosting infrastructure business
- Proven track record (5+ years) of successful delivery of large complex R&D and Cloud Operation projects
- Comfort in a Public/Private Cloud environment and DevOps Culture
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with demonstrable ability to work independently and creatively
