You will lead a team of 6 strong developers in a dynamic multi-products environment, support the current codebase, plan and execute large code refactoring, manage the production migration to one of the major cloud platforms, recruit new team members to support our fast-growing demand for new features and products and be a part of a large personalization data project.
Skills required:
Strong frontend developer with experience in at least one of the leading frameworks
Team lead experience in a web environment
Strong coding skills
Good DevOps understanding
Familiar with common databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo, Cassandra and cloud databases: Athena, BigQuery
A pragmatic approach for solving problems with a “can-do” attitude
Excellent communication skills
