We are looking for an experienced product manager to join the Rise product
team and manage our industry leading advertising delivery systems.
Responsibilities
* Manage complicated products and infrastructure in terms of functionality, data and performance.
* Lead the entire product lifecycle and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives.
* Identify opportunities, drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
* Solve business problems and provide clear and analytically-supported solutions.
* Monitor progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed.
* Work closely with engineering to define, develop, and launch new capabilities, features, flows and products.
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in product management for an online company.
* BS degree in CS/Engineering or a strong technical background.
* Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid track record of product management experience and demonstrated success in bringing to market commercially viable products.
* Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew.
* Experience in collecting, analyzing and prioritizing requirements from different stakeholders Innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to explain complex requirements in simple words (both written and verbal).
* Experience with B2B SaaS platforms – Advantage.
* Understanding of the online advertising industry – Advantage.
