HCL AppScan is the industry leader in Application Security testing, triage and
remediation, providing a variety of analysis techniques (static, dynamic,
interactive AST), enterprise application security management, and client-side
tooling integrating into a variety of modern DevOps pipelines.
AppScan’s collection of technologies, large customer base, and profusion of
vulnerabilities, rely on data science to improve the quality of service we
provide our customer. Facing rapid expansion of usage and services, we need to
centralize and grow our data science efforts. AppScan’s data science
challenges encompass many fields, ranging from results analysis, predictive
scanning, fix recommendation, new solutions to break existing scan
limitations, etc. We need to rely on data science technologies from
statistical analysis, machine learning, and other big-data techniques to
assist us with our existing and future challenges.
We are looking for an experienced data scientist that can lead and direct our
data science efforts across our global team, across all our products,
scanners, and technologies.
Requirements:
· 7+ years of data science experience
· Experience with data mining
· Experience and knowledge of ML algorithms
· BSc. in computer science or equivalent
· Ability to research and quickly learn new technologies
· Experience in complex problem solving and troubleshooting
· Highly motivated and independent
· Good English communication skills
