part in designing and building our next-generation security algorithms,
developing new techniques to block hackers from penetrating or taking down our
customers' sites and infrastructure. The candidate will be part of our
architects' team and will join the design and implementation of our next-
generation features, focusing on innovative L7 application security
protections and behavioural DDoS algorithms in a multi-environment, scalable
and distributed systems (such as OpenStack, AWS, Azure, etc…)
What will you do?
* Lead architectural and infrastructural changes
* at least 30% hands on – participate in development effort and POC’s
* Design and prototype cross-product modules and features
* Evaluate 3rd-party technologies and solutions
* Incorporate new technologies and features into the product in cooperation with the
development and product teams
* Provide hands-on assistance to the development teams designing, developing, and
resolving technical issue
What do you need to succeed?
* At least 3 years of proven industry experience as SW architect
* BSc Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Broad knowledge of system architecture patterns and best practices
* Strong background in C/C++, Networking, Linux, and OOD methodology and
multithreaded/multiprocessing development
* Able to work both in a team and independently.
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated with great integrity and work ethic
We'll Be Happy If You Also Have
* Knowledge of Cybers Security and Identity Management systems
* Experience in the following areas: K8s, docker, private (OpenStack) and public (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc..) cloud technologies
* Experienced with: Open-source 3rd party tools/ applications, Networking, XEN/ KVM, OpenStack is desirable
* Knowledge of data science/machine learning
* MSc Degree in Computer Science (or higher degree)
