Responsibilities:

* Manage a variety of different UA channels in the Asian market (including Facebook, Google, local agencies), ownership over specific activities
* Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry in the Asian market, competition and marketing ecosystem
* Collaborate with ad-mon, product, analyst, research, studio & creative teams regularly on exciting, industry-first projects
* Research and initiate growth and innovation of various activities
* Analyze KPIs for ongoing optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality and ROI
* Data-centric role, where analytics form the foundation for strategy, optimization, goal setting
* Sharing feedback with design teams to drive strategy into the creative development of ads, brainstorming for new creative concepts etc.
* Develop new insights and process improvements for UA, analysis, and internal work-flows

What we expect:

* 1+ years mobile performance marketing experience- must
* Experience driving growth to mobile games through paid UA channels, experience with Google and FB – an advantage
* Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, Ad networks, exchanges, PPC platforms, preload, CPE/Offwall including tracking tools, attribution, technical integrations
* Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment – must
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data manipulation) able to summarize large data sets into clear visuals
