multiple orders of magnitude. As a Technical Program Manager, You will use
your knowledge and passion to build products and drive end-to-end system
development and integrations across teams within Facebook, Instagram and
WhatsApp. you will play a key role in building foundational process that spans
across different organization. Technical Program Managers work horizontally to
create long term value for Facebook by promoting the right technologies for
productivity, product reliability and quality, and growth. You must have
experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive
results and go beyond execution.This is a full-time position based in Tel-
Aviv, Israel.
Responsibilities
* Ensure flawless execution for engineering teams, from planning to execution, align teams, set clear communication and coordinate engineering efforts. Flag any blockers well before they become an issue. Makes sure nothing gets dropped.
* Drive technical discussion, product development, help shape/own team roadmap.
* Make team efficient: Reduce execution time and lengthen our planning horizon
Minimum Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
* At least 7+ years experience in technical product/program management, software engineering, or similar experience
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Exceptional ability to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team, including external partners
* Cross-functional leadership experience in a technical software environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exposure to large-scale systems
* Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
* High level of written and spoken English
Preferred Qualification
* Experience/expertise in Telecoms
* Web or Internet start-up environment and technical infrastructure management experience
