Key Responsibilities
* Help shape the long-term product vision
* Build, develop, and implement the product strategy
* Own the product roadmap and communicate it clearly across the company
* Work with our engineering and data scientist teams to plan and execute the roadmap
* Establish best practices for product lifecycle
* Build a solid product management organization with a high-performance product culture
* Internalize and represent the clients’ voice throughout the company
* Identify market opportunities to build new products or enhancements to existing products
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent
* Minimum 15 years of experience in product management roles
* +7 years of experience in leading a group of PMs in a hyper-growth SAAS company
* Experience in leading product vision, roadmaps, and execution.
* Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market
* Pragmatic and business-oriented approach to product and strategy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence in a matrix structure
* Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
* Excellent English – verbal and writing
