Requirements
* 1+ years of experience recruiting end to end in hi-tech companies
* Experience in developing, constructing, and using various sourcing tools
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong English written/verbal communication skills
Responsibilites
* Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to determine fit for the position.
* Maintain a strong talent pipeline while creating a great candidate experience
* Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals.
* Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
* Take part in organizational recruiting initiatives promoting different topics like candidate experience, diversity, employer branding, etc.
* Partnering directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
