Cider Security is an exciting startup focused on revolutionizing CI/CD
security and we are hiring a Development Team Leader !!
As a Development Team Leader you will be responsible for:
* Complete ownership of key domains of our platform – Design, coding, quality, time estimations and commitments, deployment to production and monitoring.
* Hands on (at least 80%) – developing features end to end – grooming, design review, coding, testing to deployment to production.
* Leading a team of engineers – mentoring the people each in his path, working closely with the product manager to define the teams milestones.
* Leading technical innovation to push the entire R&D department forward.
Requirements:
* 2 years experience as a Development Team Leader.
* 5 years experience in Backend development, preferably working with NodeJS / Typescript.
* Hands-on experience with DBs – Mongo/MySql/Redis.
* Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
* Experience with design and architecture of distributed systems and micro services.
* Proven experience in REST API
Nice to have:
* 2 years experience in React/Angular/Vue
