This position requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated Data Analyst with a
hands-on approach. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and
developing business analyses and provide actionable recommendations to improve
our online marketing service. If you combine big-thinking skills while being

Responsibilities
* Develop quantitative analysis, tools, dashboards, and models to support well-informed and data-driven decision making
* Proactively identify business and product gaps and provide actionable recommendations based on core data
* Perform exploratory data analysis to support business and research hypothesis
* Query data warehouse to collect data and build/maintain reports with visualization tools
* Improve data process and identify data gaps
* Present recommendations to relevant stakeholders and executives
* On top of that, you will be a core member of the team as we continuously work together to problem-solve and create new ways to improve our services.
Skills and Qualifications
* Academic degree in a quantitative field – Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field – or equivalent experience
* Query Data Warehouse
* 1+ years’ experience in BI and analytics, including measurement and experimentation
* Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling skills with experience in mining, manipulating, and interrogating data
* Inquisitive approach and ability to synthesize information and data: high attention to detail, ability to spot abnormal patterns in the data, and able to join several quantitative and qualitative data points and stimulus from multiple sources to create and investigate hypotheses
* Experience using statistical modeling
* Skilled in translating business requirements & requests into technical solutions
* Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
* Team player works well with people
