We’re looking for a senior project manager to lead the implementation of our
most strategic enterprise customers. In this role, you are expected to develop
high-trust relationships with your customers, lead face to face workshops,
manage the project plan, its timelines and oversee all of the implementation
work-streams (integrations, IT, testing, change management) until a successful
launch of the product is announced in the customer’s organization. You will be
measured on customers’ go-live, the implementation quality and customer
satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high
integrity, thrive in dynamic environments and have experience managing
software or SaaS deployments for large global enterprises with a minimum of
25K employees.

What is expected of you?
Drive the successful implementation of Gloat’ product for enterprise
customers, taking ownership of delivery while coordinating with the customer
and internal stakeholders
Work closely with your enterprise customers to understand their business
needs, helping them define success metrics and business impact
Establish incredible rapport and trust with your customers
Work directly with customer’s project manager and senior executive team
In non Covid times, travel is expected to customer sites (approximately 1-2 a
quarter) to lead multiple-day workshops or launch activities, speaking,
presenting to and facilitating discussions with stakeholders from their HR,
IT, leadership and more
Establish project scope, plan, dependencies and timelines for go-live,
incorporating the different work-streams, e.g. change management,
integrations, IT signs off, legal, Support.
Influence change within customers to drive adoption of best practices and
successful implementation, thereby deriving optimal value and utilization of
the product
Predict and forecast risk, problem solve and work independently
Collaborate with other departments within the company, e.g. Implementation,
RnD
Meet and exceed quarterly targets or other targets defined by the business
Close to go live, handover the implementation plan and details over to Support
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in technical project management & implementation at or
with enterprise companies
Experience managing enterprise SaaS or software solution deployments
English at a native level
Proven ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders at
all levels of the organization, including C level
Account management and customer facing experience
Influencer and assertive
Advanced problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Understanding in HR software (HRIS, HCM, ATS, LMS/LXP, etc) – Advantage
