INFINIDAT is looking for an Office Manager and PA to join our HR team.
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for major parts of the daily
life of our site and interact with individuals of all our functions. You will
also serve as the focal point for employees and external service providers
regarding your areas of responsibility.
As part of our HR team, you will hold responsibilities of creating special and
unique experiences for our employees, partners, and customers, ensuring a high
level of service and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Manage and execute the day-to-day administrative activity of the company to ensure smooth operations (office equipment, repairs, managing vendor relationships, parking, deliveries, etc)
* Create an inclusive environment by greeting guests, candidates, and visitors with a personable and genuine approach
* Administrate and operate the onboarding process of new employees
* In charge of office budget from planning to execution
* Ownership of the complete life cycle of office equipment and supplies from procurement to operations
* Coordinate international business travels
* Personal assistant to the top executives in the company
* Operate the company's cellular plan for employees
* Support wellbeinResponsibilities:g activities as part of the HR team
* Assist with cross-functional admin tasks
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in Employee experience roles
* 2+ years of experience in a High-tech company
* BA degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both English and Hebrew
* Ability to work with many interfaces in parallel.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong organizational skills demonstrated.
* Ability to effectively organize and execute tasks in a timely manner.
