As a Product Design Lead you will be responsible for defining and leading the
design vision for a team. You will partner with product and user experience
research experts to drive best practices in product design – to create
exceptional customer experiences while coaching and inspiring a thriving team.
You will be responsible for evolving design standards, systems and processes
to drive high-quality, valuable and consistent user experiences across our
platforms. You will demonstrate measurable product success, sharing progress,
learnings and achievements with peers and senior leadership. You will work in
collaboration with Researchers, Designers, Data Analysts, Product Managers and
Engineers across our tech hubs in Tel Aviv, Berlin and Amsterdam to deliver
high-quality, high-impact web and mobile experiences for our customers.
All about the role
* Work across multiple product teams, or within one product team that is responsible for the most complex and impactful product(s)
* Align designs in product team with the overall roadmap
* Drive the product team strategy, together with the Product Manager
* Assist in or develop design standards, systems and processes that guide the work of other UX Designers/Researchers, and set quality standards
* Coach more junior colleagues in day-today activities
* Influence the product roadmap and a wide variety of stakeholders (peers and managers) to fulfil and safeguard user needs
* Analyse and use data to drive product roadmap decisions
* Follow an iterative design process from low-fidelity ideation and sketches to high-fidelity pixel-perfect interfaces
* Communicate design concept ideas through sketches and prototypes
* Solve problems creatively in an agile and lean product environment

Can you deliver…
Here are the skills and experience we need from you:
* Undergraduate degree in Design, HCI, Interaction, Design Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
* +5 years of relevant work experience as a UI/UX Product Designer.
* Excellent interaction and visual design skills
* Solid portfolio of interactive projects (provide link within your CV)
* Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to work on multiple/ complex projects
* Effective time management skills, able to meet deadlines
* Team player.
Preferred qualifications/experience:
* Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction, Design Engineering, or other related fields.
* Experience working with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity and driving projects forward in a startup environment
* Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, address feedback, and advocate for users
* Experience designing complex products, including mobile B2B/C2C Apps
* Created interfaces that impacted the lives of +1M users
