About the position:

Salt is expanding and seeking an outstanding Technical Recruiter to join our
HR team.

You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in
creative appealing ways. You’ll get the opportunity to make an impact on our

If you are thriving in a fast-paced environment, and you're a people’s person
with excellent communication skills, well acquainted with social sourcing, and
possess magic-like capabilities of finding the right talent – we're looking

Key Responsibilities:

* Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline with the right qualifications for the required profiles, approaching both active and non-active candidates.
* Own the recruitment process end to end:
* Screen candidates by reviewing CVs and job applications and conducting phone interviews.
* Schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and HR.
* Maintain close relationships with sourcing agencies and enable transparency into real-time status (using Comeet).
* Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates.
* Advise and partner closely with hiring managers.
* Stay tuned for recruiting trends and best practices, implementing the relevant ones in our process.

Your skills:

* Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing tools and methods.
* proven track record in helping startups scale rapidly.
* Super-strong interpersonal skills.
* A great communicator – both written and verbal English.
* Excellent organization, time management, follow up and “close the loop” abilities to push the recruitment process to completion in an effective and fast manner.
* Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
* Proactive, comfortable making decisions independently.
* Working knowledge of Comeet applicant tracking systems – a plus.
* Experience from a recruitment agency specializing in the high-tech industry – a big plus!
