Major Responsibilities
* Managing a group in multiple locations (Israel, U.S. and, Canada).
* Hiring and growing the group members into leading positions (team lead, tech lead)
* Deep dive into the details of specific technical issues coming from customers
* Managing escalations with customers including interaction with C-level executives from Check Point and Customers’ side.
* Coordination between internal stockholders (support, R&D departments, Sales, and more)
* Drive product quality based on the feedback/issues coming from customers.
Desired Background
* Managerial experience – at least 2 years.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Ability to lead and to ask questions in dynamic situations.
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Proven programming and networking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent English.
