We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who lives sales, is highly
curious about technology and has the ability to build meaningful business
relationships
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for a significant portfolio of paying
customers, and have full ownership on accounts life cycle
● Creating new upsell and growth opportunities,
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure contract
renewals
● Accurately forecast and maintain a quarterly revenue and renewals pipeline
● Understand customers technical requirements and business goals to
consistently deliver value through the Logz.io platform
● This role includes close work with Customer Success Engineering
Requirements:
● 5+ years experience in SaaS sales / account management
● Native level of English
● Track record of achievement in closing deals via phone, email, and web-
meetings
● Ability to manage full sales cycle deals
● Knowledge of devops, cloud, and observability – a plus
