As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of
administrative tasks. Duties
of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and
employees, assisting
in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative
activities.
Requirements
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
* Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
* Bookkeeping: prepare materials, monitor invoices, assist in the preparation of regularly
scheduled reports, petty cash
* Order and take stock of office supplies
* Book travel arrangements
* Submit and reconcile expense reports
* Welcome and direct visitors and new staff to the organization
* Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking
* Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Process and direct mail and incoming packages or deliveries
If You
* Have at least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager in a
Hi-Tech company.
* Have experience in using MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint)
* Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
* Pay attention to details and enjoy solving problems
* Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
