Administrative Assistant
Job Description
* Provide day-to-day admin support to employees, managers, vendors, and service providers.
* Oversee company reception, greet guests, employees, and vendors
* Answer calls and forward as needed
* Welcome new employees, conduct new hire induction, and coordinate with direct managers
* Oversee shipping and deliveries both local and international
* Work with various vendors and service providers including but limited to parking, groceries, office supplies, cell phones, etc.
* Oversee meeting room schedules for various meetings
* Work with a number of systems such as access security, ticketing, office management, etc.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of office suite- excel, word outlook, etc.
* Fluent in English both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to adjust to quickly changing circumstances
* Full time: 8:00-17:00
