As An AM Enablement Manager At Similarweb You Will
* Building the foundations of AM enablement
*
* Own, build and drive adoption of an AM playbook globally
* Be an expert in AM best-practices and a trusted member of the organisation when it comes to training, coaching and upskilling the existing team
* Perform analysis on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the AM team and provide strategic input on team effectiveness, partnering with Operations where relevant and coming up with strategies to improve workflows
* Providing ongoing training & development
* Ensuring that all new AM hires are onboarded to their core skills and are exceeding their onboarding KPIs
* Build and deliver AM skills training and coaching for the global AM team. Consistently collaborate with other Enablement team members to deliver these programs
* Make sure the AM team are maximising the use of tools and resources designed to help them reach their full potential
* Provide 1:1 coaching and extract best practices from top performers to share across the global team
* Work closely with AM management to make sure the requisite knowledge on product, positioning and competitors exists and is up to date
* Partner with stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Strategy, Product etc) to keep AMs up to date with all key updates in the business and wider industry and are set up to update their customers accordingly
What will I bring to the team? (Must have)
* 2+ years in an Account Management role
* Expert in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, LeadIQ, Tableau)
* Has experience of affecting change either at the individual or team level
It’s a plus if you
* Understand digital marketing
* Have enablement experience
