In this position you will lead and mentor a team in one of our strategic
products.
You will work in a dynamic environment, having the chance to impact the
architecture and product aspects.
We are looking for a team leader who is also an exceptional software engineer
to take part in the architecture, design and implementation of our products.
Responsibilities:
* Hands-on participation in the development (about 30%)
* Manage the software development life cycle of your team — architectural design, time estimations review, implementation, code review, deployment
* Help with the initial work breakdown structure and estimations
* Participate in troubleshooting and technical analyses to improve performance and availability
* Initiate improvements and adjust development methodology
* Work closely with Architects, QA, Dev-Ops, Product, technical writers and management
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of management experience of leading small to medium teams with hands on responsibility
* 4 years of proven backend development experience
* Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities
* Experience in working in Cloud environments
