knowledge-powered Open XDR. We are looking for a Backend Team Leader for our
investigation infrastructure team to lead one of the core engineering teams at
Hunters.
Investigation team Responsibilities:
– Architect and implement the automatic investigation, scoring and
correlation engines of the Hunters pipeline.
– Develop data pipeline support for investigation related product epics.
– Implement graph algorithms in Hunters correlation engine.
– Optimize high compute loads with architectural decisions and technical
improvements.
– Be in charge of the investigation pipeline microservices in production.
What you will do:
* Be the full tech owner of your team’s products.
* Design and develop a highly scalable system through the entire product lifecycle.
* Provide technical leadership to team members while taking an active part in the team tasks (Hands On).
* Team building – recruiting and training of highly talented engineers.
* Growing and mentoring your team members.
* Closely work with VP Engineering and VP Product on the team’s vision and roadmap.
* As a part of the team leaders' forum, creating companywide processes for better
collaboration and improving software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in back-end development of large systems.
* 2+ years of experience leading a backend team.
* Superb fluency in Python and the related ecosystem.
* Strong sense of architecture and design for reliability, scalability, and performance.
* Solid understanding of one of the following cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP.
* Strong leadership skills.
* An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
* Independent, responsible, with a true desire to make an impact.
* People's person with strong communication skills.
