We are looking for a cool Bookkeeper. Reporting to Fiverr’s Senior Controller,
the bookkeeper should be sharp, a hard worker, analytical, dedicated, able to
complete a task on a timely manner, and give great attention to details. The
Bookkeeper will be in charge of bank reconciliations, payments to suppliers
inland and abroad, handling credit cards and petty cash.
Responsibilities
* Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors and record vendor invoices and preparing credit card statement reconciliations.
* Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
* Responsibility for bank accounts including daily reconciliation and monthly controls.
* Recording daily financial transactions including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
* Conduct monthly account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactions.
* Review and record reimbursements of employee’s travel and expense reports.
* Assist with monthly submissions and reporting to governmental authorities including VAT.
Requirements
* Certified Bookkeeper – type 3
* Experience with NetSuite – a must
* At least 3 years experience of bookkeeping – in the High-Tech industry – an advantage
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal – a must.
* High MS Office proficiency, especially with excel functions – a must
* Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
* Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary.
* Team player and service-oriented
