The Position:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance
team.

As a Bookkeeper You Will:
* Perform the day to day accounting work of the group
* Accounts payable, incl. payments
* Accounts receivable, incl. Invoicing to customers
* Treasury / Banks / Credit Cards / Travel expenses
* Salaries for the employees in Israel
* Fixed assets
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll
* Ensure the proper recording in accordance to tax, the company guidelines, and instructions by the Head of Accounting / CFO.
* Ensure proper documentation for all invoices, purchase orders, payments, etc. incl. their appropriate approvals.
* Raise and escalate all finance-related matters that seem inappropriate, not according to company guidelines, bear potential for saving, etc.
* Assist in the management of the company’s ERP(NetSuite).
* Owning monthly closing routines (completeness, transitory accounts, accruals, etc.).
* Assist in the implementation of the company’s ERP.

* Management of supplier and customer master data
* Other tasks of the finance department.
About You:
* An experienced and curious Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience
* Experience working at startups and international/multinational companies
* Know how to set up and perform all tax-relevant reports
* Bookkeeping course 2 or 3
* Payroll course
* Experience with integrated ERP solutions
* Strong Excel skills
* English speaker(appropriate in speaking and writing)
* Independent, discrete, detail-oriented, and a team player
* Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude
Nice to Have:
* Experience working with NetSuite
