We are seeking for a business-minded data analyst with hands-on analytics and
coding experience. Supported by your brilliant data team members, you build
reports or statistical models, and present it to your main stakeholder
Corporate Solutions, our B2B department. As such, you use both your superb
analytical and communication skills in transmitting your passion for data to
the rest of the department and help to grow the B2B revenues based on data
(driven) insights.
Your Job
* Design measurable metrics and KPIs according to the business of stakeholders, and develop reports using Business Intelligence tools and languages such as Tableau, Amazon Redshift SQL and Python, so that stakeholders can regularly keep track of their achievement and know where they are right now;
* Build / Improve SQL queries in a data warehouse to prepare data and analyze data using text mining or predictive modeling;
* Proactively propose business action which is taken out from data to stakeholders, so that they can take an innovative approach to efficiently and effectively improve their business;
* Manage subordinate members to leverage their capability and maximize output as a team, by defining the scope of work and timeline with communicating with stakeholders and controlling their expectation.
Your Profile
* 3+ years of working experience in a similar role, preferably related to Customer Service analysis;
* Advanced knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools especially Tableau, and at least good knowledge of another data analytics tool like R, Python, SPSS, SAS etc;
* Being able to do in-depth analyses, for example, performance analysis of call center agents to supervise agents and provide a solution to improve operation; minimize cancellation and maximize customer satisfaction to improve the profitability of business;
* Experience in E-Commerce and with Salesforce is highly rated.
