new and growing BI & Analytics team in Tel Aviv!
You will be part of the core BI & Analytics team, working closely with WalkMe
decision makers across all departments: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and
more. You will be responsible for driving analysis into the health of the
business and will be at the forefront of identifying actionable trends,
challenges and opportunities.
The opportunity for WalkMe is limitless, and you will help guide and
prioritize our decisions with passion, data-driven analysis and thoughtful
recommendations. This is not the typical analyst role – this is a highly
visible position that will have the opportunity to help develop and scale our
operational cadence and become an influential leader within the company.
What will you actually be doing?
* Analyze WalkMe's complete Sales funnel, from Marketing campaigns throughout conversions and won deals to
* Identify barriers and their cause, bring insights about how to better target prospects, improve conversions and win rate.
* Develop and understand the KPIs for each department and provide tools for them to act upon data insights.
* Bring new perspectives and fresh ideas to the table, and measure their effect on the business.
* Lead the way for WalkMe to make business decisions based on data.
What should you bring to the table?
* BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science – an advantage
* 2-5 years in a BI/Data Analyst role is a must preferably experience in a B2B SaaS company
* Familiarity with B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales processes and terminology
* Proven SQL experience – Must
* Exceptional quantitative skills
* Ability to recognize, analyze and clearly present all types of marketing/sales related data
* Experience working with CRM systems. Salesforce – an advantage
* Familiarity with data science models – an advantage
* Experience working with Tableau BI – an advantage
* Experience in data modeling – an advantage
