About the Role:
As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical
support across the organization to enable data-driven decision making and
promote strategic planning.
You will work directly with cross-functional teams to understand the business
needs and provide reliable and creative BI and reporting solutions and for
complex data and challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Analyze and track the main company’s growth engines and their performance metrics
* Build and maintain management level dashboards for key company metrics through a BI tool
* Work with stakeholders from different business units to determine their KPIs and goals, and to analyze different trends regarding their performance metrics
* Manage data pipelines from multiple sources
* Create smart, innovative and effective visualization methods, and promote engagement and implementation of them
* Conduct deep-dive analyses with actionable recommendations and conclusions
* Perform data profiling to identify anomalies
* Will be an active gatekeeper – review data to ensure the integrity of data collection and utilization
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Data Systems Management/Industrial Engineering and Management, Statistics or equivalent
* 2-3 years experience in as a Data Analyst – must
* Experience in developing ETL processes – must
* Vast knowledge of SQL – must
* Experience with BI tools (Tableau Advantage)
* Experience in creating dashboards in Salesforce – advantage
* Experience in complex data analytics with actionable insights
