Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in a B2B tech company.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
* English as a native language – an advantage.
* Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can-do” attitude.
* Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills confidently discuss technical terms.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. – Passion for technology and comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
* Conduct research to identify new business markets and opportunities.
* Discover and explore new business opportunities including outreach via cold emails and phone calls.
* Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
* Estimates partners’ needs and goals.
* Assess ROI of different opportunities to identify the most viable ones and build out a business growth strategy.
* Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
* Research organizations and individuals to find new market penetration opportunities, assess most viable activities, and bring those to life while working closely with marketing.
* Measure and analyze the success of business development initiatives to suggest ways to improve.
* Present detailed business development plans to company executives, including success metrics.
* Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, working with the sales team.
