WalkMe is a cloud-based Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), designed to assist
Enterprise companies in guiding and engaging prospects, customers, employees
and partners through various applications and web-based services.
As an outbound BDR at WalkMe, you will be responsible for hunting,
researching, and contacting potential Strategic customers.
What Will You Actually Be Doing
* Sourcing, researching and contacting outbound leads
* Maintain contact with outbound leads to qualify and schedule decision-makers for sales calls
* Be responsible for building sales pipelines
* Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and developing relationships with important stakeholders
* Disseminate opportunities and educate Account Executives as necessary
* Overcome prospect objections
* Update salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping.
What Should You Bring To The Table
* Prior sales experience – Advantage
* Fluent English – Must
* Past SaaS and SDR experience – Advantage
* Experience in working with SaaS products- Advantage
* Self-starter with a track record of self-management
* Pre-call planning and time management skills
* Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, google docs)
* Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
* Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
* Excited to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
