As a BI Business Analyst, You Will
* Design, implement and support robust, scalable solutions to enhance business analysis capabilities, identify gaps, and design processes to fill them.
* Use automation tools to design and implement process automation and integrations required for both data analysis and business processes.
* Work with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate requirements into data models.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders across the company like sales operations, marketing operations, HRIS, etc., in order to deliver team tasks
* Collaborate with a broad forum of experts and stakeholders, including architects and engineers, to create high-quality deliverables
* Own the data development process end-to-end including business understanding, methodology, QA, and maintenance.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Business Analytics or relevant field
* Strong understanding of Business Processes and Integrations in global software companies
* Experience working with databases and complex SQL procedures (SSIS – advantage)
* Data architecture and modeling skills, outstanding analytical & technical skills
* Experience with integrations techniques and tools
* Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Financial processes and metrics
* Experience with additional information systems and technologies – An advantage
* Experience with coding in a variety of languages – An advantage
