Description
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for day-to-day analysis along
with managing performance reports for management.
The Business Operations Analyst will work closely with Sales Managers to serve
as a point of contact in measuring and analyzing the sales force progress,
including reporting, alerting on issues, and working on territory alignments
and market analysis.
Responsibilities
* Perform and study productivity analyses for your designated territory
* Proactively track and analyze sales force activities and metrics
* Prepare and monitor reports for weekly and quarterly reviews
* Work with the inside sales force, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and the education teams to improve performance issues within the team
* Participate in cross-functional teams that address education, performance issues, and process improvement
Requirements
* Fluent in French.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment
* Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
* Detail-oriented
* Willingness to learn
* Experience with a CRM system
