About this role
We have an opportunity to bring change to some of the largest industries in
the world. In doing this, you will be responsible for drawing the company's
strategic path, using your ability to connect the dots between macro trends,
competitive landscape and Empathy's vision and mission. Your ability to
conduct thoughtful research and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
into executable action items will be key, as your recommendations will be
closely circulated with our senior management.
More specifically, you will:
* Drive thought leadership cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing.
* Conduct competitive analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement using Empathy's solutions.
* Build and manage data sources and work closely with various internal teams to create best-in-class strategic analysis.
* Support business development work with key market insights.

engineering, and marketing people to take up on your recommendations.
What we’re looking for:
Must-have qualifications
* 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy.
* BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
* Strong communications skills (both verbal and written).
* Proven record in establishing strategic frameworks.
* Developed analytical skills.
* Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications
* MBA or MS.
* Experience working in consumer or healthcare sectors.
