The ideal candidate is highly, self-motivated and has experience in developing
early stage startup into a profitable company, specifically in Social Media.
You are part of the founding team and in this role, you take responsibly for
the strategy and growth of the company – business, sales and product.
Responsibilities:
* Creating and implementing the company vision and mission
* Develop the company’s short- and long-term strategy
* Leading and closing an initial funding round right after the start as fast as possible
* Leading an effective business operation
* Recruiting and developing the best talent for your company
Key qualifications:
* Strong leadership capabilities with executive presence
* Experience in entrepreneurship and venture-based fundraising preferably with a network of potential investors
* Strategic mindset
* Excellent ability to lead and manage
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related, MBA is preferred
* 5-10 years of industry experience
