Commission Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team
* Identify and dealing with emerging challenges in the commission system
* Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation
* Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company
* Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company’s Sales Team
Desired Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management
* 1-2 years of experience as an analyst – Advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
* Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
* Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
* Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
* Experience with Microsoft Excel – Advantage
* Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
