We're looking for a Content Writer to join our Customer Support team. This is

Responsibilities
* Create and edit content according to the company's tone of voice
* Gather information from relevant stakeholders to create appropriate and accurate content
* Take part in developing our brand guide and tone of voice and content strategy
* Adjust and update the material according to the evolution of the product
* Work closely with the Support and Product teams
Requirements
* Native English speaker – Must
* 3+ years of proven experience as a content writer
* Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
* Sharp eye for detail
* Tech savvy
* Strong ability to explain complex content in an easy-to-follow way
* Experience in writing clear and concise procedural documentation for both technical and non-technical audience
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Experience in a fast-growing startup – Advantage
