Take a technical leadership role in defining, developing, integrating and
deploying a leading edge networking and storage technologies starting from
identifying project requirements, developing required features, testing &
deploying, to maintenance and operation support in large scale. Working in
both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.
Basic Qualifications
* 10 years of manger/team leader, with managing scale of about 15 Eng – must
* 4+ years of network driver development (should be an expert in either Windows or Linux drivers , with very good familiarity/ background of the other OS)
* Experience developing embedded software in pre and post silicon phases, from companies that deal with development of their own ASIC and have engineering groups to develop drivers. -> Coming from the world of networking – must -> strong hands on/dive deep background in the last few years, maybe went through architect position, maybe hands on as part of his last few years manager
