Reports to: Corporate Development Manager
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin
What will you do?
* Provide and deliver strategic data analysis, insights and presentations to senior leadership.
* Support M&A deals – own certain pillars within the deal origination and execution by working closely with internal stake holders as well as stake holders within targets
* Own domain analysis end to end – conduct market research and mapping; Scope for potential target for M&A’s/partnerships; create insightful materials which will drive execution
* Updates data from multiple sources on a regular basis to support strategic business decisions.
* Support and manage projects and coordination/development of work plans, deliverables, and activities.
Requirements
What should you have?
* 2-3 years of experience in one of the following domains: investment banking, Corporate development or strategy unit, venture capital, private equity or management consulting
* Experience in working on at least 1-2 M&A deals (buy side) – highly preferable
* Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent – Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive complex strategic analysis and research across business units and stakeholders
* Self-motivated, action-oriented doer with confidence to act and make decisions in ambiguous contexts
* Ability to distill complex problems efficiently, anticipate issues, and evaluate possible solutions
* Must be comfortable working both independently and as a member of a team
* Ability to present to and interface with multiple levels of management including senior executives throughout the Company
* Master capabilities in crafting presentations
* Fluent in English – must feel comfortable working in English (reading, writing and speaking)
* The role will require occasional international travel
