Responsibilities

environment? This Project Manager will become a valued member of a high energy
team responsible for driving our transformation within EMEA. A successful
candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Leads E2E (end-to-end) project management leveraging subject matter experts within CREWS to drive results using PMI/Prince2 type methodology.
* Facilitates project ideation, scoping and management approvals. Leads E2E tracking, reporting, communication to stakeholders.
* Leads meetings at programmatic level to drive all critical paths concerning multiple projects across functions to create seamless execution.
* Facilitates value engineering and scoping refinement processes, guides junior staff in budgeting processes, facilitates overall program/projects level budgets, and works with CREWS functions to secure economic incentives where applicable on projects.
* Consults with senior management regarding major initiatives or company programs
* Comfortable presenting to L2 level and below as required with support from Head of CREWS – EMEA.
* Document’s procedures and process improvements for suggestion and implementation.
* Manages complex data and analysis to develop business plans, creates dashboards that provide business insights.
* Prepares business analysis and reports with clear important implications.
* Completes projects within approved budget and timing.
Education And Experience Required
* At least 5 years work experience in project management, data analysis, processes documentation.
* University degree with engineering or project management background preferred
* Certification in Project Mgmt (i.e. PMP/PRINCE2), Process Engineering and Project Mgmt.,
* Mastery of English is required.
Knowledge And Skills
* Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
* Track record of using PMP/Prince2 or similar methodologies in past projects.
* Ability to remotely manage multiple and complex projects with numerous stakeholders.
* Business acumen to learn a new function and focus on quantifiable results.
* Advanced financial acumen to drive scenario modeling and data-driven analysis and decision making. Establishes, tracks and enforced effect project budget management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong relationship management skills to work with cross-functional & global teams.
* Superior knowledge of MS Office tools. Smartsheet’s experience a plus.
* Ability to leverage data to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
* Strong team leading and collaboration skills.
* Good understanding of multiple cultures.
