Customer Engineer focus on Intel Processor High Speed Technologies. Supporting
Customers to solve processor and platform issues focus on Memory DDR and
Display interfaces, Develop customer communication and product specification.
Be able to run debug activities, working in lab with debug experts, capture
and analyze customers bios logs. Working with customers in multidisciplinary
environment, define testing and utilization of information processing hardware
and/or electrical components, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and
cabinetry for central processing units (CPUs) and/or peripheral equipment.
Responds to customer requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to
problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Qualifications
BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering At least 10 years experience with
Hardware Computers Technical knowledge at Processor technologies Architecture
Design or Electrical System Validation or Production processes Be able to
drive activities and discussion within multiple teams and cross sites at
flexible hours Good communication and networking skills Fluent English
