Customer Success Manager

Identiq’s Customer Success team plays a key role in defining and executing the
company’s strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly intelligent
individual to join our team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager: a role
that combines Customer relationship, project management, consulting, strategic
thinking, and business analysis.

In this position, you will take on leads of Identiq's enterprise clients,
develop relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies, onboard them to our
member platform and identify their unique needs and challenges to drive them
to success and growth. You will collaborate with other teams at Identiq to
ensure a seamless onboarding process and use insights from client feedback to
improve our product and offering.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, experienced in
working with Enterprise companies. Someone who is eager to turn our vision
into reality and who can transfer their enthusiasm to our customers' success
in a highly professional, smart, and friendly way.

This role is an opportunity to take your relationship skills to the next level
by owning the enterprise customer relationship; guiding our most complex and
sophisticated customers and driving ongoing value throughout their journey
with Identiq. The Enterprise CSM team is a hard-working team focused on
onboarding our customers and building long-lasting partnerships at all levels
of the customer organization. We work to ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction, retention and growth within the enterprise customer base.

This role is open to individuals in Israel and North America.

Requirements

* 4+ years of B2B enterprise success experience, managing end-to-end customer life cycle in tech companies, and/or a hyper-growth B2B SaaS startup.
* You’ve managed complex software onboarding projects delivering on time and creating value to the customer and the company.
* You can provide at least 2 customers as a reference that view you as a trusted advisor to their professional growth and success.
* You’ve thrived in the payment/fraud/risk industry in a customer-facing role.
* You’ve managed projects where data transformation was a key component.
* You can demonstrate a track record of success in effectively developing and managing complex deployments and partnerships within Enterprise Accounts.
* You’ve launched newly onboarding customers on the road to success.
* You are a trusted resource and have developed relationships between customers and our support teams.
* You’ve identified ways to grow and expand our customer footprint while partnering with our Sales teams.
* You’ve become the “voice of the customer”.

Our offices are in Tel Aviv, next to Ha’Shalom train station. We do encourage
WFH during COVID.

Responsibilities

During the first six months at Identiq your focus will be on onboarding your
customers to our member platform. This will include hands-on project
management and interaction with our customer, our data team and engineering.
You will own the relationship with the customer during the evaluation period
and during the implementation phase. Our CSM’s are measured on the time to
value and growth.

Once the customers are onboarded and in go-live mode, you will be responsible
for evaluating the performance and value, as well as deepening the
relationship to find additional use cases and drive growth.

During The Onboarding Project You Will Be Responsible For

* Defining and managing goals and milestones of the evaluation process.
* Fully understand the resources needs, dependencies, data flow.
* Building great relationships with customer project managers and working teams.
* Defining the R&R with the customer and Identiq teams.
* Understanding the customer project plan and timeline to complete the project.
* Providing strategic analysis and critical thinking as we keep growing our product offering and expand to new markets and industries.
* Developing a deep understanding of the payments, fraud, identity & trust industries and building relationships with key players in the space.
* The position will require travel occasionally.
