Customer and Account Specialist is responsible for managing a territory of
several accounts and key clients in it.
Our Oncology team is dedicated to delivering breakthrough innovations that
extend and improve the lives of cancer patients worldwide. Our team of
forward-thinking individuals achieve this through an unwavering commitment to
support accessibility to medicine, providing new therapeutic solutions, and
collaborating with governments and payers to ensure that people who need
medicines have access to them. Our focus is on innovation and launch execution
excellence; we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines that
help people with cancer across the globe.
Reports directly to Customer and Account Manager
* Identify the key customers and define the strategy and tactics of their development on the territory
* Creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
* Identifying customer needs, creating business opportunities and customer solutions
* Analyze territory and accounts sales
* Organize and implement tailored made activities for the own territory
* Prepare and manage local oncology units projects
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
* Degree M.Sc in life sciences or Biology
* Previous successful experience of at least 4 years as sales representative worked with specialists – an advantage
* High scientific level abilities
* Managing high level medical discussions
* Proactive "can do" attitude, strong analytical and customer facing skills
* Very high selling skills level
* Capable of creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
* Outstanding communication skills and flexibility
* Strategic thinking, planning skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
