Job description:
* Manage and execute consulting projects with Tier 1s and OEMs
* Build and lead the team: recruitment, training and supervision of security architects
* Develop and adhere to consulting methodologies which are aligned with ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE regulations
* Engage with customers to understand customer requirements and business objectives
* Support pre-sale activities to scope and sell consulting services
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 2 years of team leading role or equivalent experience
* An excellent team player and leader
* Comfortable with navigating organizational cybersecurity processes, standards and methodologies
* Experience with analyzing complex systems from a cybersecurity perspective
* Experience with embedded systems, from both a HW and SW perspective, including topics like microcontrollers, HSMs, secure boot, access control, exploit mitigation techniques, ect
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English as well as strong and effective communication skills
* High self-learning abilities and a “get-things-done” attitude
