We are looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst.
The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into
insight and insight into business decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Explore and analyze large data sets
* Prepare and transform data into structured data for analysis
* Structure large data sets to find “Aha!” moments or insights
* Create analysis for internal teams and/or external clients using various BI tools and Excel
* Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
* Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CHEQ solutions
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and constantly improve deliverables
* Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
Requirements:
* 2+ years of relevant work experience.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Reporting and data visualization skills using Business Intelligence software such as Tableau, Sisense , Elastic Search or equivalent.
* Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to do data analysis and advanced use of formulas.
* Strong SQL experience using industry databases such as Microsoft SQLServer, MySQL, AWS Athena, or equivalent.
* Experience with statistical software, and knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques. (Experience with Python and/or R is an advantage).
* Strong written/verbal communication skills.
* Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.
* Bachelor's degree with a technological background – an advantage.
