We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our excellent team of talents.
As a Data Analyst, you will derive insights to Orca-AI's customers and
internally within the company; to derive more value, improvements, and ideas
for existing features and new ones.
You will cooperate with the product team, getting PRDs, and working with them
as a guideline; and work closely with operations, system engineers, and the
development team.
What will you do?
* Analyze client data and internal data.
* Create push reports for customers and across the company.
* Define and build business insights KPI, dashboards, alerts which will be used internally by the company to monitor customer system usage and the value provided to our customers.
* Build and own views/widgets on top of client data.
* Ensure the good health of any production view or technical data component.
* Tracking and monitoring the company’s KPIs.
* Manage and maintain the Analytics Databases.
* Python experience with Tableau or other BI program.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis in high data volume environments.
* Proven experience in validating and fine-tuning, global customer experience based on concrete data.
* Excellent knowledge, and proven experience in SQL and BI platforms.
* Good knowledge and proven experience in Python.
* Experience working in a startup environment.
* Excellent analytical abilities, technical orientation, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills – spoken and written.
* Self-starter, fast learner, team player, and can-do attitude.
* First degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics or related field from a known university.
