monday.com is looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about data and has
a strong analytical background. In this role, you will drive key data-driven
processes and decisions, aimed at finding new and existing opportunities to
improve the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success Organization. You
will join our Customer Success Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv,
Israel.
About The Role
* Conceptualize, create, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments
* Refine and improve definitions of metrics as the company’s challenges and data evolve
* Undertake operational research to identify and recommend optimal/near-optimal solutions to complex challenges
* Design and draft regular reports of progress towards company goals
* Collaborate with data engineers to better log data and manage the accessibility of data tables
* Enable other team members to work with data by building queries that are easily customizable for various analysis needs
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience from a similar data analysis role
* SQL expert
* Experience with Python, specifically classic data packages (pandas, NumPy, seaborne/Plotly)
* Exceptional data visualization skills
* Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at different company levels who possess varying degrees of data proficiency
* Quick learner who thrives in a high pace environment
* The ability to independently identify business opportunities to investigate and improve
* Excellent team player
* Strong attention to details
* Fluent English

* Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
