As part of the Einstein Data Operations team in Salesforce, you will be
responsible for analyzing various types of data to be used for Machine
Learning models training, validation and testing. This position is a unique
opportunity to bring your Analytics, Linguistics and Business skills to
action, to directly impact Salesforce's abilities to deliver accurate and
trustworthy AI products.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Data Science on feature research
* Validate, prepare and label complex and large data sets for model testing and training
* Analyze models’ performance and accuracy
* Facilitate the technical connection with various Engineering, Research and Product teams to allow smooth transition of data and work
* Deliver end to end results of every analysis clearly and effectively, independently and as part of a team
* Analyze the product’s usage and surface insights that help drive adoption
Requirements
* 1+ years of data and analytics experience in quantitative analysis in a high-tech company – A must
* Very high level of English proficiency – A must
* Experience coding in Python for Data Analysis (Pandas) including data visualization – A must
* B.A in Computational Linguistics or a similar field – Advantage
* Experience analyzing textual data – Advantage
* Experience with sales & support processes – Advantage
* Experience with product analysis (adoption, usage, retention) – Advantage
* Experience with building, training and testing Data Science and AI models – Advantage
