Job Description
Taking part in the development of new devices & technologies for mixed signal
and smart Power Management from the concept level to mass production. Good
understanding of device physics and/or microelectronics processes, focusing on
analog devices.
The work will include: Designing experiments based on TCAD simulations,
drawing layout, characterization of test structures, planning and executing
experiments, analysis of the results using automated tools and work with the
design center to translate the new devices into PDK offering.
The job requires interaction with a wide range of interfaces inside & outside
the organization, good communication skills in Hebrew and English, curiosity,
and self-learning ability.

Job Requirements
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics from a leading university
Knowledge of CMOS processes – advantage
Knowledge in Semiconductor Physics – advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in wafer level characterization & automatic testing – advantage
