This position is within HARMAN’s Connected Car Division and is located in Hod-
Hasharon, Israel.
The purpose of this position is to be the Product Owner of the Augmented
Reality Platform product and act as the ADAS site lead managing directly the
local team and potentially other members of the Augmented Reality Platform
product globally.
The Product Owner is responsible to oversee all of AR activities globally;
including platform development, customer projects, development operations
(DevOps) and testing activity and to ensure product road map is executed,
needs are met, and escalation is done in appropriate timing to solve issues
before they become a blocker.
The product owner will work closely with the technical lead and the project
manager and will supply the product vision and context which will be
transformant into a technical development plan.
The product owner will work closely with the product manager to define, align
and prioritize the feature backlog and roadmap and align it with market needs.
What You Will Do
* Manage and lead the Augmented Reality Platform team globally.
* Ensure that all platform projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Act on business opportunities and present the product, technologies and features to potential customers.
* Envision, define and specify the product and its features.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Coordinate internal and external resources and suppliers for a flawless execution.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What You Need
* Solid technical background, preferably in the field of Computer Science or Engineering.
* Experience in Project or Product Management.
* Experience in team leadership in the Automotive industry.
* Experience in Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall work methodologies.
* Experience with Project Management tools such as:
* Atlassian tool-suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket)
* IBM Jazz tool-suite (ALM, DNG, RQM)
* Fluent in English.
